How do you think about yourself? Are those positive thoughts? Do you treat yourself like a best friend? Or maybe you always criticising yourself? Are you often having negative thoughts about yourself? How is it with you?
Took me quite a while to realise that I am usually too harsh on myself. That, I am expecting too much and always and even when I do a good job, I have just criticism for myself. It takes me another while to actually, change this. It was quite hard. And even now, from time to time, I need to remind myself who is my best buddy.
I wish you to realise that earlier than me and to change this habit very quickly. To be supportive of yourself, always and on every occasion have a good word for yourself. If you do something good, praise yourself, pat your back. If you make a mistake, be merciful and explain to yourself how to avoid it in the future and how to repair the damages.
If you wonder why it is so important, here is the answer. Only this way, so loving and accepting yourself with all qualities and imperfections, you will feel happiness and joy in life. And this, in turn, will help you to improve your life even further and enjoy it even more. Moreover, it will help you to achieve any goal you will set for yourself.
So, believe in yourself. Be good for yourself. You deserve all love and acceptance from yourself. Give it to yourself all the above and feel the joy of finally finding your best friend in you. Repeat often, I believe in myself, I love myself. I have the right to love and be loved. I am important, I deserve all goodness. I am good enough. I love myself.
