You have your plan. You have set your goal. You commit to achieving it, whatever it is. And then, nothing goes according to your plan. Everything goes wrong. No matter what you are doing. No matter how hard you are working. Nothing works.
At some point, you just want to throw everything and run away or sit and cry or destroy something. Or all of the above at the same time. You have a feeling, that everything and everyone, is against you. You might even feel useless, worthless.
It is though, in such moments, I know. Why does this happen? Well, most likely the Universe, or whatever you want to call that higher instance, want to tell you something. That, maybe it is not the right thing. Or not the right time yet.Or that you should not hold to it so hard. That there are other things in the world. What can you do in such a situation that? How can you tip the balance?
There are many methods to do this. For example. In such a moment, sit down, close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and ask your self – If this does not work what else I can do? What other things I can do besides this project?
This does not mean that you giving up on your dream, on your plans. It is just a simple redirection of your focus. This is vital, as it helps you to unblock the flow. Changing your focus allows you also, to look at the things from the distance. This change of perspective might help you to see the blocker clearly and see the solution that will work.
Sometimes you might be surprised by how simple the solution could be. Finding it allows you to go back to your project and move forward with it. This is a simple method, yet very powerful. For sure, you can find others that will work as well. Find one for yourself, or if you like to, use the one I describe above. Just never give up on your dream. Take a step back, change perspective and then move forward.
