Are you afraid? What are you afraid of? Is it the fear of death or maybe being sick and unable to do anything? Is it a fear of failure, embarrassment and living in disgrace? Or maybe of losing money and living in poverty? Losing your “secure” job and by this financial stability and security? Or maybe it is a fear of being rejected, criticise? Fear of losing respect, esteem or love? There are many more things that you might be afraid of. All are quite natural and most likely, in your eyes, they also might feel like a real threat. Are they though? What those fears actually do to you? Do you want to live feeling them? Can you free yourself from them?
Well, when you feel fear, the most common reaction to it is – No, I can’t do it. Most of the fears stop you from taking any action, just in case. They shut down your creativity and switch you into reaction mode. This mode simply tells you to either fight or flight. You can not focus and search for a solution, that could fix the reason of your fears. Your brain simply does not work and does not come up with an answer. With one that could change your entire game. Moreover, even if, by some superhuman effort of will, you will come up with some solution, your fear will not let you implement it. It will slay it on the spot.

Quite sad, isn’t it? So what can you do about that? Can you stop being afraid? Or can you use this fear somehow? The simple answer is – YES, YOU CAN! It is you who can and who need to decide if you want to. And I am assuming that you read this post because you do want to. So, you made your first step. Are you ready to take another? If so, you might want to start with taking a piece of paper and a pen. And write down all your fears on it. Simply, putting them as – I am afraid of… Name your fears. Face them. List them and look at them. You might, at this moment, noticed how ridiculous they are. Finally, take this list and burn it saying at loud – I am free of any fear. I am brave and unstoppable.
Another step behind you. Wasn’t that hard, right? Now, start to think about yourself as a brave person. Imagine yourself performing at your best with confidence and competence. Feed yourself with positive images of your fearless self. When you imagine, do this in motion. Don’t just sit and meditate on it. Walk, talk and behave as your new self, as if you already are the person you want to be. As if you already have the courage you desire. By this, you are using the law of attraction and reversibility. Acting this way, even if you might not yet completely feel it, attract this feeling to you. By being consistent, in this way of acting, as if you already feel this way, will create those feelings in you. So, stand up, shake off your fears, be brave and win your life.
Blessings upon you my friend.
