Waking up in a morning, any morning, any day, what are your first thoughts? Do you think something like – O god, another day to survive. One more day closer to my end. I am so tired of having to go all over again today. Or, hopefully, you wake up with a smile on your face, thinking – I was granted another wonderful day. I can do something good today. I can start everything from the beginning. I can try again with anything I could not manage to finish or do yesterday.
What do you think? Which, of the above sayings, will increase your happiness for the day? Which will make you feel better and more willing to get up and do your things? Of course, you can choose your own way, for getting up and thinking about the new day in front of you. No one can tell you what to think and how to live your life. Though you can listen to a few questions, I want to ask you. And I want to ask you to think deeply about those questions. To look into your heart to find answers.
So, now. The questions. If you want to still follow, let’s call it, the unhappy path, of starting your day. What this gives you? What benefits do you have from this kind of doing? Are you really satisfied, with that kind of living? Aren’t you tired, of being unhappy and exhausted, of having wake up and deal with all your troubles again? Why are you doing this to yourself? Why are you torturing yourself? Why are you hating and punishing yourself? For what? What is the purpose of that? Don’t you want to be happy and enjoy your life? What can you do to change this? What can you do to wake up and enjoy the day?
There are a few things you could do. First of all, make the decision. That you have enough of being tired, being unhappy and punishing yourself for, god knows what kind of imagined sins. Next step, is to start to be grateful for a new day. A new chance to do things again. To try to do things better. For a new beginning, a new chapter of your wonderful life. A life that everything good can happen, and all good things can come to you.
Look forward, with faith and strong belief, that God, Higher Instance, the Universe, have all good things for you prepared. That it is just waiting for you to be ready to accept them. To enjoy and appreciate those things. It might be something physical, like a finding a long searched item on sale. Or maybe you will be able to finish some project you wrestle with for soo long. Or, maybe you meet someone who inspires you or will help you find some solution to your troubles. Remember. It is you who can do anything. It just takes the decision and then acting accordingly.
Blessings upon you, my friend.
