A thought comes to me today when I see my self in the mirror. Omg, I am fat. This thought makes me feel sad. That Feeling affects my emotions. Sadness overtakes me.
In result, this makes me behave without any happiness. I see everything in dark, greyish colours. Nothing actually impress me or makes me smile.
I act like this is the worst thing ever. The worst day of my life. I am not responding to people greetings or just mumbling something to them. In effect my life experience is poor. I am unhappy no matter what. My health, relationship, finances are poor.
This little example shows the power of thoughts. And the chain reaction of it.

Do you want that? I hope not. So what to do to change it.
That’s easy. In such a situation when the negative thought invades your mind. Just rephrase it, to be positive.
I look in the mirror and I said to my self. Ok, I am a little chubby. That’s fine. I can change this. I will change my diet habits. Exercise more. But most importantly. I will love myself. And I will treat myself like a best friend.

Whenever a thought comes to you. Take it. Look at it and decide to use it as empowerment for your feelings, emotions and, in result, for your actions to have a great outcome in every area of your life.
