Society nowadays is focused on gaining knowledge, learning things, memorising new formulas and so on. And this is very good. As I always say, we learn the whole life. We are work in progress. Though, not always we need to know all the answers. Not always we will know all the answers.
And that’s completely fine. Even more, it is fine to let go and not to search for the answer. That is absolutely fine. How’s that you ask? Well, consider a situation when you wake up in a grumpy mood. Everything annoys you. Everything is just … Have you had such mornings?
Losing faith in self, sense of purpose? Losing hope in success?
Struggling with mental block? Need clarity on how to proceed?
Your, normal approach, to that situation, might be to start thinking about what makes you feel like that. But you just woke up. Could be that something happens to you in your dreams? What could be the reason for you feeling like that. You might follow this path and try to find a source of, why you feeling this way.
But I want to tell you that not always you have to. That sometimes might be good, just to let go of everything you were doing or planning for that time. Leave it all behind you and, without thinking about the reasons, go for a walk. Go outside, and let your brain and heart, find the balance and peace by themselves.
So, I am encouraging you, for the next time to try this approach. To stop thinking about why you feel this way and to stop forcing yourself to feel differently. Let go of all brain approaches to finding issue and solution. Simply go for a walk and allow yourself to feel this way. Allow yourself to recover the balance without forcing yourself to find the reasons and answers.
